Graduating and turning 18 is an exciting milestone—but it also comes with important legal changes. Once you are an adult, parents and guardians no longer have automatic access to your medical information or the authority to make decisions on your behalf—even in an emergency.
Provision Law Firm is hosting three in-office workshops this June to help new high school graduates put essential protections in place before heading into their next chapter.
⚠️ Important: Attendees must have already attained the age of 18 before the workshop date to participate.
During this workshop, participants will complete:
Health Care Directive
Power of Attorney
Digital Asset Authorization
These documents ensure that trusted individuals can step in to make medical or financial decisions if needed—providing peace of mind for both students and their families.
💡 Value: This workshop and document package is a $500 value, offered at no cost to participants.
